Ideally, a 12x12 sqft gives plenty of room for moving around. We can set it up in a 9x9 sqft space at a minimum.

We will drive up to 20 miles from 92627 with your package. Contact us for locations outside of this area, extra fees may apply.

Fully refundable if canceled 30 days before the event.

50% deposit is non-refundable when canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event.

We don't think you'll need one. Our Booth is designed to make your life easy!  You simply tap the screen and choose from photo, boomerang, gif, or video. After you take your photo, you can send it to yourself instantly via text, airdrop, & email!

In case of any technical issue, we always have someone nearby the area no more than 15 minutes away to service it. This would apply to digital packages. For print packages, the attendant will serve as the technician on-site. Any time lost will be added back on. If for some reason the booth is not able to operate due to technical issues, the price shall be prorated and negotiated.

Depending on your package, we will arrive 45 mins to 90 mins early to set up. For digital packages, we will have it set up in time before your slot starts. We leave the booth and come back to pick up at the end of the time slot. If the booth it set up early, you will still get the same end time.

Yes, it can be set it up outside, although, it must be protected from the elements.
